ELPL Solicitor
Our client is a modern niche multi-law service firm based in modern offices with space for them to continue to grow and develop their talented teams. There is now the option to work part of the week from home and get a true balance between work and home life whilst developing your career.
They are looking for a talented and like minded forward thinking EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their team. It's a well-established team with a growing caseload.
You will handle an interesting and complex mix of Fast Track - High Volume EL/PL cases - both Litigated and Pre-Litigated, so you should be confident in all matters of litigation.
Day to day your role will be:
Undertaking discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors to achieve rapid and appropriate settlements and apportionment of costs.
Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings
Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems
Allocation of funds to appropriate client account
Correspondence and telephone calls
Reviewing files
Being part of the support for junior staff including mentoring and training
All in all, as an experience EL/PL Lawyer none of this will be outside your experience but I can promise you this is a great team and a great company to bring your expertise to.
