Redwood Search are pleased to be recruiting for our Worcester based clients, who, due to expansion are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

My client is a leading business in their field and have an excellent reputation in their market-place
The Role:
* The Account Manager role will encompass looking after an existing base of customers whilst also generating new business opportunities.
* You will be contacting new leads which are supplied by the marketing team and be managing and developing existing accounts.
* Your client base will be corporate and blue-chip clients and you will be covering a national territory.
* We are looking for a suitable candidate who can manage the complete sales cycle from the initial contact, establishing the client's needs, booking your appointments to attend client meetings, and offering a solution based on their requirements.
* This is consultative sale position which requires you to take the time to fully understand your client's business needs.
Candidate:
* Have a similar background working with large corporates, selling a solution-based product.
* Have a knowledge of selling into highly regulated industries such as finance/insurance and pharmaceuticals.
* Have an open attitude towards learning as my clients believe in investing in their staff and offer continual professional development and sales coaching. There is a genuine opportunity to progress within their business.
* Be confident in dealing with senior management
