We are seeking an exceptional individual who has the highest aspirations and expectations for young people and is passionate about ensuring that they can go on to lead a happy and successful life. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a new initiative and to shape a new provision within the academy.

The Isolation Supervisor will provide high quality specialist support to assist the school in implementing its’ high standards of education and care for the students working in our Isolation area.   This involves ensuring that there is an orderly, safe and structured learning environment for those pupils excluded from, or otherwise not working to, a mainstream timetable.  The candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to challenge and motivate students.

Our core co-operative values define us. Every member of staff in our academy follows our ‘Ways of Being’;

  • Do what matters most

  • Show you care
  • Succeed together

And these underpin both our internal and external communications.

We are a large campus set in nine acres of urban woodland and the learning spaces incorporate state of the art ICT, media and performance spaces.  This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and creative individual to play a crucial role in the Academy and be part of the Co-op Academies Trust, judged as one of the top performing multi-academy Trusts in the country. Judged as Good by Ofsted in 2019, our academy was praised for its inclusive approach.
