The Role

As the Service Manager / Stores & Stock Controller, you will oversee our stores area and co-ordinate our maintenance and repair activities.

Specifically, you will work across our milk cooling, bulk tanker, heat recovery and air conditioning operations to provide an effective installation, maintenance and servicing offering.

In this varied role, you will:

- Take calls from customers regarding breakdowns and equipment servicing
- Deploy a team of Refrigeration Engineers to maintenance and breakdown calls throughout the South West
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding ordering and despatching parts
- Purchase company stock and negotiate with suppliers for the best possible price
- Make sure the ledgers are kept up-to-date with pricing information

About You

To join us as a Service Manager / Stores & Stock Controller, you’ll need:

- Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 50
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A punctual and reliable approach

A background in refrigeration and/or engineering would be beneficial to your application.

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30.
