We are currently recruiting for a professional experienced Receptionist to join a well-established company in Warrington. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and now have the need to expand their team. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (40 hours per week, with 1 hour for lunch).
The Role
Overall, the role will support our office-based teams and will report to the Office Manager.
-Meeting and greeting visitors.
-Re-directing of visitors to correct building.
-Issuing and control of the staff and visitor badges.
-Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
-Monitoring and re-directing of the general mailbox
-Co-ordination of meeting room booking (across three buildings).
-Ordering and maintaining ancillaries i.e. stationery, including cleaning products and kitchen supplies.
-Sorting and distributing of the post.
-Receiving deliveries ensuring they are sent to the correct building, receiving delivery notes.
-Monitoring the stock audit system
-Arranging couriers as and when required.
-Arranging business lunches as and when required.
-Other duties as required.
The Person
?? We are looking for an individual with relevant and proven experience in Reception work.
?? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
?? Excellent attention to detail.
?? Ability to work on own initiative and with little supervision.
?? Ability to maintain confidentiality
?? Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (namely Word and Excel).
?? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence others.
?? Good team worker.
