Product Development Project Co-ordinator required in Leeds. The role offers a mix of home based and office working with some international travel. Work for an international market leader with their head offices based in Leeds. The company have been established for over 40 years supplying international, national and independent retailers exporting to over 70 countries worldwide.

The role is a newly created role that requires someone with strong Project Management skills, exceptional organisational skills or is very analytical and a great communicator.

The Job:

Being the gatekeeper and funnel of product strategy queries from circa 70 internal sales people across the globe and providing relevant information to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Being the key point of contact to coordinate the Groups branded category programme in the EU and world wide.
Project managing the delivery of New Product Development project pipeline for group and international brand, including all key stakeholders across the international group.
End to end project management to ensure the successful delivery & development of new products.
Putting in place clear processes maps for all sales and key stakeholders to follow.
Working on webcasts & product training to ensure content is correct.
Working with world wide sales teams to deliver product training via webcasts and face to face meetings
Collating & understanding global sales forecasts to challenge where appropriate
Influencing stakeholders across the Group: sales, operations, marketing,
Understanding and interpreting key competitor information and to holding such data in a structured manner
Setting up reporting systems and procedures to support the Leeds Product Centre of Excellence
Working across teams to ensure delivery and accountability for key milestones that facilitate the delivery of businesses key category programme
Line management of 1 direct report
Travelling to EU, potential travel to the US??????????????????????????????????????????
