About the role:
The Scheduler manages planned and reactive work ensuring it is appropriately prioritised and completed by the field team. You will prioritise planned and reactive work based on criticality. You will be the first point of contact for customers, support and handling the queries which arrive via different channels such as telephone and email. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer has an exceptional customer experience and their expectations are managed appropriately.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure our technicians have enough work in their schedule
Manage high priority work using resource efficiently and effectively
Manage the workload within the scheduling team and follow up any actions
Building a strong rapport and networking with planners, field managers and technicians
Dealing with customer queries via phone and emailTo be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets in this fast-paced position. The working environment can change on a regular basis and therefore the ability to move with change and keep calm, whilst making effective decisions is crucial for this key role. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively to deliver an efficient schedule in a high pressured and demanding environment.

You will be a strong communicator and will take pride in your work. A self-motivator, focussed and personable individual would succeed in this role as well as having the ability to work autonomously yet part of a wider team.
