Our client, a leading in their field are looking for a highly organised, resilient and resourceful candidate to join their team in an exciting new role.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all parts of the sales process, marketing and brand building activities including proposal creation, collateral production, email marketing and CRM maintenance. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for the coordination and day to day management of a number of Client Accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
* Company and contact research to support new business activities and lead generation.
* Formatting and content review of client proposals for the Commercial Team, ensuring consistency in the quality and structure of proposals.
* Operating as a 'Super User' of the CRM, identifying new functionality to help streamline and optimise the sales processes and support the Commercial Team in using the system effectively.
* Support the production and management of tender bids.
* Continually look at ways to enhance sales process and improve the customer journey.
* Maintaining and managing client data sets, ensuring data is regularly updated, refreshed and categorised to support marketing and business development.
* Creating and sending direct email campaigns interpreting and analysing results to be shared with the Commercial Team
* Supporting the Marketing Manager with monthly/ quarterly marketing activities and ensuring that agreed delivery objectives are met across the Commercial Team.
* Support the Marketing Manager with internal content production and scheduling across social media and other channels.
* Coordination and day to day management of lower value Client Accounts and individual enquiries.
* Ensure that clients receive regular communication through a programme of emails and calls to ensure clients maintain an up to date knowledge of services and pricing.
* Qualify opportunities from client Accounts and individuals to understand the client's needs fully and create compelling solutions to meet those needs, involving the Commercial Team when necessary.
* Partnering with the Client Operations Team to ensure successful design and management of projects.
* Accurately report on sales activity and pipeline forecast whilst ensuring that all actions are logged correctly on the CRM
