Donations Co-ordinator ,Leicester
We are currently recruiting for a Donations Coordinator in Leicester.
Part time role 20 hours per week

As a Donations Co-ordinator your responsibilities will be:
Completing regular audits of current donations in stock and keep WALL staff updated by email.
Creating and nurturing links with organisations who could provide large donations when needed
Communicating current needs to the PA / Office Manager who can put requests on social media.
Coordinating email responses received from the social media requests.
Arranging the drop off / collection of donations as a suitable location.
Passing on any donations that cannot be used or have been in storage for over 2 months to another organisation that will benefit, in line with our donations policy.
Put welcome packs together for new residents.
Sending out thank you emails / letters for any monetary and large donations that are received.
Work in a safe and responsible way ensuring that safety procedures are followed and that you do not endanger yourself, your colleagues or service users.
Ensure compliance with data protection legislationSkills:
Must have own transport
Organised
Work on their own initiative
Must be flexible with working hours
Has access to transport
