Our client, the national postal service, a highly successful business and a household name, has exciting NEW opportunities for Call Centre personnel to commence Monday 30th November at Doxford Park, Sunderland.

This urgent and important role involves working in a call centre environment providing Customer Service for a 12 week long campaign so looking for experienced candidates who can commit to the entirety of this period.

The role is 34 hours per week, with possible overtime/extra hours, working on a range of shifts between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday working on a rota, this will all be confirmed prior to starting. You will be working on telephones with computer systems, managing customer enquiries through various customer contact channels.

Full training over the first two weeks is essential to your success which will cover everything you need to know.

The role starts on Monday 30th to attend training, the full two weeks PAID training must be completed successfully in order to begin the assignment going live when completed.

* MUST have previous contact centre experience
* MUST have proven customer service experience
* MUST be computer literate
* MUST be confident
* MUST be resilient
* MUST complete the two weeks training
* MUST be able to commit to the full 12 week campaign with no pre-arranged holidays, other than Christmas Bank holidays
