As our Customer Service Advisor - Member Care, you will primarily be responsible for supporting and resolving our customer's telephone requests and taking ownership for delivering a world-class level of customer service. This isn't your average contact centre role, it's a fast-paced environment where you will deal with a wide range of complexities, from supporting customers through their sometimes life-changing and emotive treatment journey to resolving complaints and answering questions about levels of cover.

Who we're looking for to become our Customer Service Advisor - Member Care:

Our customers count on us to get things 100% right, at a time when they're in need. We're looking for people who can always work with a sense of urgency whilst still showing the absolute care and compassion that our customers deserve. You'll have great listening skills with the ability to understand the needs and feelings of our customers. You'll also need to have good computer literacy skills and be able to confidently navigate your way around a laptop or desktop with multiple systems. You'll be totally reliable and focused, bringing the best version of yourself to work every day and you'll have the drive to work hard even on the toughest days. Whilst we are usually an office-based team, we are currently adhering to government guidelines and are supporting our colleagues to learn and work from home. This is subject to change, as and when guidelines change.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week based on a shift pattern, Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm
