Working Remotely - you must have the following - laptop / PC Windows 10 & or landline / mobile phone - these are essential to enable remote working for this project!!
Outbound Survey Agent - Temporary Contract - Immediate Start
Location: Lanarkshire, Glasgow - Working Remotely (Work from Home)
Salary: GBP6.50ph / GBP8.20ph / GBP8.72ph + bonus (Paid MONTHLY)
Project Hours: Flexibility between 8.00am - 8.00pm - Mon - Fri + Saturdays if projects hours change!
Hours of Work: Working 4 Shifts BETWEEN - 12.00pm - 8.00pm - Monday to Friday + compulsory Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm (35hrs per week - 5 days per week only)
Contract: Temporary Contract - 3 - 6 months initially
Role:
* Must have previous call centre, telephone based customer services, telesales, telemarketing experience
* Working remotely from home
* Outbound calling to UK Residents
* Carrying out Market Research surveys with residents & businesses
* Surveys will be approx. 15 - 20 mins
* All calls will be monitored for compliance
* Meeting set targets
* Data entry
* Full training will be given
