To provide admin support and assistance to the Office Manager
IMPORTANT: Only apply if you have worked in a similar office based, Assistant Office Manager type role recently.
IMPORTANT: You will need to have strong admin skills and Intermediate level Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
IMPORTANT: You will need to be able to travel to Watford daily with ease
IMPORTANT: This is NOT an Office Manager role. This role is to assist the Office Manager.
Key Skills
Previous substantial Office Manager Assistant support and assistance experience is essential in a recent role
Experience of organising meetings and travel
Good IT Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
Used to creating, updating and amending various reports and trackers as well as producing flow charts
Excellent communication skills and highly presentable
Excellent written skills - able to write clear/concise emails and general correspondence
Also deal with and organise things like teas, coffees, refreshments, stationery, post, filing, photocopying.Email your CV to (url removed)
