Temporary Administrator -Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5PM
Sutton in Ashfield
GBP8.72p.h.
We are recruiting fo a temporary administrtor to work for our client who are extremely busy. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a really friendly and supportive environment on an ongoing basis.
The role of administrator is really varied role and will involve:
Assisting reception with answering telephone calls
Matching purchase ledger invoices to deliveries on the inhouse system.
Arranging delivery of goods via carriers and creating delivery notes
Arranging vehicle hire and accommodation/travel as directed.
General administration as required - inputting onto the system, scanning documents The requirements for the role of administrator are:
Previous office administration experience
Great customer service skills with the ability to confidently deal with both customer and supplier enquiries
