Customer Service Advisor

Working Nights

7pm - 03:30 rotating to 21:00 - 05:30 the following week

GBP12.96 per hour

Monday to Friday nights

Working from home - training provided on site at East Midlands Airport

Role of a Customer Service Advisor working within the Customs Department:

Handling customer enquiries by telephone or email
Updating clients with progress of parcels / packages / deliveries - worldwide.
Processing information onto an in house data system
No cold calling As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

Proven experience of communications via phone and email
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Accurate data input
