Job Title: Customer Care / Administrator / Scheduler

Rate: 18,000 - 22,000

Contract Type: Fixed term 6 months could turn perm

Location: Gillingham, Kent

Start Date: ASAP

I am currently looking for a Customer Care Administrator/Scheduler who will work within the planned and maintenance department. The main purpose of the role is to schedule operatives out to jobs and give excellent customer service to the clients customers.

Key Responsibilities: -

Raise applications and invoices
Supporting contracts manager with administration tasks
To answer and deal with all incoming office calls
Liaise with customers and clients and schedule works
Assist all operatives, allocate consignment notes, update spreadsheets and reports as required.
Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the works
Produce work packages for the operative teams and distribute in time for next days works
To book in work for the clients assigned to you
Creating mail merges to ensure all customers are informed of upcoming works
Archive historical information, scan documents, file and logRequirements:

Must be good with IT and have experience with a similar CAFM System
Strong administration and organisation skills
Availability to interview next week
