SENIOR HR ADVISOR

PERMANENT, WHOLE TIME, 37 HOURS PER WEEK

NJC SCP RANGE: SCP 37 – SCP 39 (£39,782 - £41,675) (subject to the outcome of job evaluation)

Base: North Shore Academy, Talbot Street, Stockton on Tees, TS20 2AY

Are you:

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and suitably experienced.
• A passionate HR professional with the ability to deputise for the HR manager in their absence.
• Qualified to CIPD Level 7

Can you:

• Take a lead role on casework, such as grievance, discipline, capability and attendance management.

You will offer:

• Experience of leading on both TUPE transfers and staffing restructures
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including trade unions.
