Role Profile

Supporting the wireless department on all admin and data entry requirements, interfacing with suppliers and clients to ensure everything is kept up to date.

Typical Deliverables

Admin role within wireless with responsibility for administration and general clerical work
General Administration duties
Managing the admin relationships with suppliers and clients
Data entry on Telent and client databases:
Telent: SharePoint, Remedy, SiteTracker
Ericsson: SiteHandler, Evenflow, SharePoint
MBNL: SiteTracker, ADCBuild, PACS
EE: SiteTracker, ADCBuild
Uploading/Issuing of project deliverables
Download project documentation
Logging in & raising POs and invoicing
Help to prepare month end contract reviews

Business Operations Skills - Experience

Previous experience within an administration role required
Previous experience within a telecoms role advantageous
