About the role
This role is a part time position working 18 hours per week and will be fixed term for three months.
Our client is determined to provide an exceptional service to all of their customers. As a Scheme Cleaner you will achieve and maintain cleanliness to the required standard within their older persons living schemes across the Braintree District.
About you
To excel in this role, you will have experience in the following:
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Previous experience as a cleaner or relevant qualification/training
* IT/ Computer skills including e-mail
* Customer care skills
* Awareness of safeguarding of vulnerable adults
* Working with members of the public
* Flexibility to provide occasional cover at other schemes/ locations
You will also have:
* A full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle
* Good accurate record keeping
* Knowledge on the Health and Safety at Work regulations
* Knowledge on COSHH regulations
