HM Staffing is currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a busy and growing business located in Reading.
GBP25,000-GBP32,000 (Dependable on experience)
Our client, a Property Investment company, is looking to expand and improve their in-house team. They have seen recent success due to their fantastic team and are looking to grow on this with an experienced Lettings Manager. If you are interested in the role of a Letting Manager, who wants to kick off their career and get exposure to everything across the property industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The successful Lettings Manager will have a proven track record of brining on new landlords and developing relationships with current landlords.
Lettings Manager Main Duties
* Provide your group of clients with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings accounts
* Bring new clients onboard
* Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
* Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants
* Investigate and resolve queries and problems
* Liaise with third party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken
* Be the first point of escalation to resolve any client care issues
* Maximise revenues and grow the property portfolio as the main instruction taker for the company
* Hit sales targets
* Develop outstanding working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Lettings Manager Skills
* Attention to detail.
* Proven track record within sales and account management
* Communication Skills.

* A passionate approach to securing new business
