Job Description
Service Admin. you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering upon the Service Core Process and brand specific Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
Developing effective working relationships with the Aftersales Team and ensure that the 'flow' of information is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area
Prerequisites
Good attention to detail
Good IT skills
Must have previous motor industry experience
Strong Administration experience desired
Kerridge / ADP knowledge
Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
Good customer and communication skills
A full valid UK driving licence.
What's on Offer
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (need to be flexible, at Month End)
Salary: Depending on experience, between GBP18kpa - GBP22kpa
