Part Time Service Station Help Desk Advisor

We are currently recruiting on a large scale, national contract and are looking to recruit confident, motivated Customer Service Professional's to join the existing team. This opportunity is based in Ipswich, IP10 0DD.
We have the below shift available:
Evening (2pm-10pm) Every Saturday until the contract ends.
Key Information - Temp contract forecast until 31st March 2021.
GBP10 per hour / Weekly pay.
Must have your own vehicle to commute.
Training provided.
Role Overview
You will balance between providing excellent customer service from being the first point of contact entering the station to the help desk.
Taking customer details down on the iPad to transfer to the desk.
Giving details to heavy goods vehicle drivers on the upcoming legislation changes for Brexit.
Assisting with questions or paperwork guidance.
