Electrical Maintenance/Testing Engineer
Social Housing - Domestic Engineer
Are you a qualified electrician?
Do you have experience in the social housing maintenance industry?
Do you have experience in testing and inspection?
We are currently recruiting for a mobile engineer to work across London and Home Counties to support the large mobile division within a specialist FM provider. Your duties will also be split across commercial maintenance and testing & Inspection.
Technical duties will involve; Emergency lighting, ballast changes, lamp changes, circuits, sockets, power distribution, control panel maintenance, electrical fault finding, wiring, testing and inspection, PAT testing, remedial works, minor projects / installations, AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans, boiler resets, chillers checks, pumps replacement, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, BMS monitoring etc
Monday - Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm
Company van Fuel card Company pension 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Huge amount of training provided
Annual performance based bonus
Requirements:
18th Edition
City and Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 (or equivalent)
City and Guilds Testing and Inspection (2391 or 2394/5)
Experience within domestic maintenance
Full UK driving license
