Vacancy
The Customer Services Administrator will be working within a buzzing sales environment at the heart of the Services department. The Customer Services Administrator will be the first point of contact for their premier client base, co-ordinating any services related issues and escalating to the appropriate engineers or departments. You will also be responsible for all sales administration tasks to ensure that service level agreements are upheld as well as quotes and order processing activities.
Requirements
Candidates will have a background of 2 years' experience within a administration or customer services role and be able to demonstrate a strong and professional telephone manner, ideally within a fast-moving and varied sales environment. Ideally candidates will have a strong academic background and enjoy a varied role where time management is key.
Package
Candidates who are successful will be offered a comprehensive training package to help you get up and running as soon as possible and be offered a fantastic starting salary of GBP20000 basic salary as well as access to a corporate benefits package!!
