Key responsibilities in this role include:
* Responsible for promoting a positive customer and dealer relationship ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, whilst actively striving for organisational excellence
* Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
* Use innovative approaches to resolve customer issues. Ensuring new ideas about customer resolutions are shared within departments and the wider business
* Develop and maintain product knowledge, business processes and system expertise to meet on- going customer and Client needs
* Effectively manage customer relationships through understanding customer expectations and setting realistic and timely agreements for future contact
* Take ownership to seek out effective resolutions for customers concerns, through proactive investigation
* Achieve key performance indicators of the role, both quality and quantity, quality and productivity
* Work collaboratively with teams based in South Africa and in the UK
* Conduct all interactions both internally and externally with dignity and respect
The successful applicant - What we need from you?
* Excellent customer handling experience with a thorough understanding of 'world class' customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations, whilst marrying this with the objectives of the business

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Utilises empathy and listening skills, courteous and helpful attitude to focus on providing quality customer service
* An ability and desire to work on own initiative and prioritise workload without supervision
* Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively, to support effective case management

Strong written/communication skills, being able to articulate key points to ensure clarity with both the customer and team members
* Results orientated with the determination to drive the business forward
* Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
*
Able to adapt to a changing work environment and willingness to learn new skills to further develop your own skill set
