Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable company in Uckfield area who are currently in search of a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Salary of up to GBP20K - GBP22K DOE plus benefits

Key duties:

* Ensure the smooth day to day running of all regional export orders by following all procedures implemented by the Customer Service department and by dealing promptly and accurately with all administrative aspects of each order

* Process and input customer orders, into the company's Sales Order Processing system within the agreed timescale and ensure all contractual requirements are adhered too and recorded in the Order file

* Provide day to day administrative support to the customer Centres & Distributors

* Provide quotations for non-standard equipment to Customer Centres and Distributors

Key tasks and responsibilities:

* Administer correspondence with customers, as required ensuring that all variations and purchase orders associated with the order are documented

* To be familiar with and take responsibility for the inputting of customer orders into the Company's Sales Order Processing system

* Ensure the Company's Sales Order Processing system is kept up to date and maintain the monthly projected sales reports, as required by the Customer Service Supervisor

* Develop a sound understanding of the Company's Services and applications

* Encourage professional development with all team members to ensure the team's goals are met

* Represent the Company at all times, in an effective and professional manner and to be responsible for your own safety

* To assist with the logistics of transportation of goods where required

* Work in a pleasant and helpful manner together with other staff

* To be respectful of Company property and colleagues

* Undertake any other related tasks, responsibilities or assignments, as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Management

Performance measured by:

* Effectiveness in dealing promptly with customer queries

* Accuracy of the information provided on the Company's Sales Order Processing system

* Effectiveness on keeping the information updated on the Sales Forecast

* Effectiveness in providing the administrative support required by the client

* Tidiness of Order Filing system

* Completeness of all contractual requirements and records.

NB: Ideally you will have some sort of background in overseas logistics/delivery or procurement. The majority of the business involves shipping product around the world so any experience in INCO terms etc would beneficial

Salary of up to GBP20K - GBP22K DOE plus benefits

NB: Applicant's ideally must have their own transport due to location
