We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in Rocesterl on a full time basis on an ongoing temporary contract
A day in the life of a Recruitment Coordinator at Guidant Global includes:
Ensuring the smooth running of recruitment support operations in order to assist the operational team to enhance the customer (Client, Candidate, Worker & Supplier) experience, whilst ensuring service excellence.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be
Administration support to the account
Helping to screen cvs and applications
On-boarding workers and compliance
Attending and facilitating on-site assessment centres. What we're looking for
We need a proactive and professional coordinator who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience with experience of working in a busy recruitment or HR environment
