About the role 

We are now looking for a Neighbourhood Administrator Team Leader to be responsible for delivery of an innovative, high quality and efficient administrative service and support of Tenancy Management and other neighbourhood teams as required.

 

You will develop innovative ways in which to improve processes and efficiency, making full use of technology; promote agile ways of working, reducing reliance on paper and ensure the timeliness of key tasks, including lettings processes.

 

You must provide a Simply Brilliant service to our customers, internal teams and external agencies i.e. local authorities.

 

Within the role, you will continually assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, reporting back to  neighbourhood operations managers; review, prioritise and redistribute work within the admin team; produce performance reports and lead in the ongoing development of tenancy information on our external website;

 

You will also have responsibility for updating the Business Continuity Plan in relation to Neighbourhoods.

 

About you 

It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law and have a demonstrable track record and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

 

You will have the ability to plan, organise and successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously, with accuracy and within deadlines.

 

For this role, you will be required to have strong consultative skills and the ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures while being able to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities

 

You must have previous experience of line managing people in line with corporate policies and procedures and be an exceptional team player who works collaboratively and is skilled in developing constructive relationships.
