Assistant Site Manager
I'm currently working with an established UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their scheme in Berkshire area. My client builds a mixture houses and apartments, across the Southern areas.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing traditional build houses from 1st fix stage, through to handover. You will be responsible for assisting with the completion of the units.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you must have a keen eye for detail, a proven record of handing over units and must have worked for a UK housebuilder. This is a long term freelance role. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
