Legal Secretary

Corporate Secretary - Permanent - Shrewsbury (with WFH options)
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf a local organisation for a new, Corporate Secretary. To be considered for this excellent, permanent opportunity within this well respected and successful business, you MUST have worked in a similar role before.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Preparation of Board Minutes
* Draft new articles
* Issue new share classes and certificates
* Preparation of various appointments, terminations, and other paperwork as relevant
* Work with Company Secretary on statutory duties
* Dissolutions
* Various relevant paperwork and reporting
* Other duties as required
To be considered for this Corporate Secretary role, you MUST have worked in a similar role within Corporate Law. You'll be professional, well presented and flexible. You'll need to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be highly IT literate (especially with Ms Word & Excel).
