Childcare Solicitor

We are currently working with a highly regarded regional practice who, due to continued client wins and growth are seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their specialist Family Law team at offices in Lancashire.

As a Family Solicitor with a focus on publicly funded Childcare work you will be running a caseload of matters acting on behalf of parents, grandparents and if possible, guardians in a variety of care related matters.

The role would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience within Childcare. Children's Panel qualification (or studying towards this) is strongly preferred as our client has strong connections with local guardians. Experience in private paying family work such as divorce and finance is also welcomed but not a must have..
