Location: Newbury (office based)

As the Finance and Marketing Administrator for this busy, fast paced Creative agency you will enjoy a varied role. You will report to the Finance Director but also support the wider business with administrative responsibilities and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to their wide ranging client base.
This role has been created due to a vast increase in workload and the need for "another pair of hands on deck". Working as part of a small business you will be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to a wide range of tasks and functions.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of the following:
Bookkeeping
Multi tasking
Using your initiative
Thinking logically
Problem Solving
Customer Service
Applying attention to detail to everything you do
Supporting your peers
Learning new technology and processes
Taking responsibility for your work
Being the "go to" person in an office Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Bookkeeping (no requirement to be qualified). Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial.
Support the Head of Promotional Goods with ordering, procurement and supply of promotional materials for clients.
Provide ad-hoc administrative cover and support to other business functions such as Sales and Creative teams as well as to senior management.
Answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers and dealing with visitors. This role will evolve over time with the right person in the position. The team are fun, sociable and extremely hard working and team fit is crucial to this business to ensure consistency, continuity of service and to ensure they continue on their success to date.
