A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an industry award winning business on the outskirts of Nottingham on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing new customer enquiries, lapsed spenders and existing accounts.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Be highly motivated to achieve allocated targets
Be confident with the ability to be proactive
The ability to handle difficult conversations with customers
Natural ability to build rapport
Negotiating and problem-solving skills to win business and achieve targets
Previous experience in an account management or sales/target related role
Be able to work on own initiative to deliver
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate well both written and verbally
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive outlook and determination to succeed and able to demonstrate the aptitude and attitude to drive high results.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Dealing with inbound new customer requests
Managing all new account applications
Managing some existing account customers
Promoting deals to relevant customers
Re-establish trading relationship with lapsed clients
Resolving any customer impacting issues
Generating sales through offering value add products, promotions and upsell activity
Supporting Customer Service Manager
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP19,000 + Bonus
Working hours are Monday - Friday
