My client in High Wycombe is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their Patient Services team.
The Apprenticeship will be run in Partnership with Uxbridge College and trainees will gain a Customer Services Practitioner Level 2 qualification. Completion of the apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
Salary: GBP16,000
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:00pm (30min lunch) - 37.5 hours total per week
Holiday: 25 days per annum rising to 27 days after 5 years' service
Key responsibilities:
* Processing daily prescription orders
* Making phone calls and emailing customers, GP surgeries and nurses
* Responding to answer phone messages
* Setting up new patients on the system
* Promoting products and services to customers in order to grow the business
* Identify business opportunities and convert these into sales or pass to the relevant teams
* Resolving customer complaints or queries with tracking of deliveries
* Take part in departmental meetings
