Salary - GBP19,762 per Annum

Hours - 35 (plus 5 hours paid lunch break)

Who we are looking for;

The Lead Night Worker will take overall responsibility for a defined geographical area delivering a high-quality service to Nacro Housing residents and will be responsible for managing the safety and security of the building and those within it. some one with Excellent organisational skills, good communication skills and a knowledge of staff management and how to deal with staff lone working with a vulnerable client group

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a lead person and take responsibility for decisions about the provision of the service during working hours providing advice to colleagues, managing any incidents and escalating issues the Service lead or 'On Call' manager.
• Liaise with other agencies or professionals as required.
• Maintain written records e.g. incidents, handover, support, or risk plans.

Lead team by example by upholding Nacro's values and behaviours and translating those into everyday activity. Be prepared to make difficult decisions and support direct reports to make difficult decisions.
