RELOCATION TO THE ISLE OF MAN - SOUS CHEF
Amazing opportunity with the island's largest pub company! We are looking for a Sous Chef to join one of the island's beautiful pubs, you will be part of a well-respected, fresh food restaurant and bar serving high-quality dishes in a relaxed but quirky environment, with excellent opportunities to progress.
Sous Chef role;
Preparation of menu items/speciality dishes
Maintaining high standards in the kitchen at all times
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring hygiene compliance is met Sous Chef requirements;
Enjoys being part of a team
Rapidly adapts to change
Have a hands on approach
Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for the industryIn return for your hard work the salary will be up to GBP25,000 plus all the benefits of the island life.
