This role will suit an experienced Recruitment / Training Administrator used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Our company is rapidly expanding and we have a real passion for what we do - helping people who are unemployed get back into work, through our highly successful, award-winning programmes and the professional recruitment support we offer after the course.

We are looking for a proficient recruitment administrator to support us on high volume training and recruitment projects. Able to work in an efficient and accurate way, you will have excellent attention to detail, MS Excel skills, be able to multi task and work in a busy, team environment. Project management software skills would be ideal but is not essential.

The role will also involve answering the phone, updating spreadsheets, registering candidates, preparing and sending out recruitment packs, maintaining records, uploading files, testing training links on the video conferencing technology with candidates, doing registers and other related duties.

You will need to demonstrate proven administration experience in a similar role, ability to work efficiently under pressure, good communication skills and an engaging telephone manner.

This is an initial short term contract with the possibility to extend.
