THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are delighted to be working with a business in central Sheffield for a Sales Administrator. My client is looking for a graduate with 1-2 years experience in customer service (ideally office based) to join their team.

THE JOB:

A big part of the role will be order processing so attention to detail is essential
Delivering excellent customer service to customers is essential and this will be done via telephone and email
Assist the team with national accounts ensuring they receive a fantastic experience whenever they deal with the business
This role will give you exposure to all parts of the business and you will be involved in lots of things

THE PERSON:

Great work ethic and flexible appraoch - the ideal candidate will be someone who can work well with the team and be hard working and willing to get involved with all aspects of the business
Customer service ideally in an office is essential
