Administration Assistant

* Maternity Contract - up to 12 months

* GBP18,500 per annum

* Up to 44 hours per week Monday to Saturday working half days Thursday and Saturday

A rare opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in Shrewsbury to assist them with administration support to a head of department is available for a maternity contract for up to 12 months. The successful candidate must be a strong administrator who enjoys a busy and varied role.

Key Duties:

* Maintain diary and liaise with other departments.

* Producing reports, schedules and minute taking.

* Processing invoices.

* Preparation of spreadsheets and timesheets.

* Booking accommodation and booking external facilities.

* Ordering equipment and maintaining stock.

* General ad-hoc admin support as and when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

* Excellent IT skills

* Good level of standard education

* Proven track record of working within a busy administration role

* Personable, approachable and friendly

* Good attention to detail

The Package:

* GBP18,500 per annum pro rata

* Fixed term contract - up to 12 months

* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30aam - 6.00pm Thursday 8.30 - 12.30 Saturday 1pm - 5pm
