Role: Trainer (Urdu speaking)

Location: Home based

Salary: Up to GBP22,000 + benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

This is a new an exciting role for an experienced Urdu speaking Contact Centre Trainer to join a client on a fantastic campaign in their already established L&D team, working from home.

The successful Contact Centre Trainer will have a background in contact centre training operations, coaching and developing their new starters to the contact centre team, to fulfil and exceed their potential. Also coaching existing Advisors athrough continued support and development.

* Oversee coaching and development of the Advisors with the support of Team Managers and the QA team to deliver a great experience to customers.

* Analysing Advisors ability and look for ways in which to improve their apporach to the customer experience processes

An ambitious and creative Contact Centre Trainer, with great knowledge of Contact Centre operations is esential for the role. To drive change and improvement and upskill your contact centre colleagues. Having an up beat can do attitude to work and deliver induction training is a must! Working with Subject Matter Experts in all areas of the business to ensure accuracy and innovation in writing the training material and encourage development opportunities to learn new training formats and delivery styles.
