Care Home Building and Finance Manager - Brilliant opportunity in a stunning location and a quite fantastic facility ! Negotiable salary and package - Just great people!

In simple terms : Manage the building from a facilities management point of view and make sure health and safety is in top shape whilst managing the bank accounts and making sure money is spent when appropriate. be a team player, build a relationship with the maintenance team and care workers alike.
Care Home experience and any knowledge of CQC is a bonus!

Monday to Friday - START (with an extensive handover) ASAP

This role covers 2 primary functions:

The first, is the Facilities Management element, the responsibilities of this role are to manage and oversee the Health & Safety of the built environment - as well as its functionality, comfort, and efficiency.

The second element involves Budgeting and profitability of the Business.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Overall Health and safety management of the building and environment

* Cash-flow and budget management

* Manage stock and supply levels

* To implement & oversee contractual relationships with the company's service suppliers

* Review and negotiate new contracts with suppliers

* Supporting productivity of facilities and personnel

* Coordinate the maintenance and domestic departments

* Purchasing

Experience and qualifications

* Preferably experience working in similar environment

* Health and Safety knowledge and experience with H&S Management systems

* Great team player and organised and a confident communicator.

* Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on cost analysis

* Supporting productivity of facilities and personnel

* A hybrid role with a really GREAT bunch of people!
