Care Assistants

36 hours per week

To work flexible hours including weekends & bank holidays

Must be able to work independently & in a team

Level 2 Care qualification & experience preferred

Training is provided on a variety of subjects

Experience & Qualification of minimum Level 2 NVQ / QCF preferred.

Adhere to all Policies and Procedures, following Health & Safety regulations including Infection Control Prevention.

Supporting with all care needs that the individual requires on a daily basis to ensure that their wellbeing is met.

To ensure good knowledge of care plan and is followed accordingly.

Ensuring each individual is treated with respect and dignity along with promotion of independence.

Contributing to accurate, detailed and legible record keeping in accordance with our confidentiality policy & GDPR.

Contributing to the team effort, having the ability to use own initiative & have flexibility.

Wage rate will be discussed at interview.
