Customer Service Advisors
Temporary - GBP8.72 per hour - Cheltenham based
Our online retail client, are seeking temporary customer service advisors to assist during their busy Christmas period.
They are operating on 3 shift patterns.
Days - 7am - 3pm
Evenings - 3pm - 11pm
Nights - 11pm - 7pm (Shift premium) This is a full time role. Working 5 days a week which will include weekends, so flexiblity is key.
Key attributes and requirements:
Customer enquiries & returns
Answering customer enquiries and taking phone orders
Manage customer enquiries through our contact us page
Working with suppliers to provide customer enquiry resolutionsOrder Processing
Processing customer orders
Creation of postal labels for despatch
Management of direct sales enquiriesCandidate Attributes:
Customer Service experience (1 year)
Flexible to work a range of shifts if possible
Reliable
