BRANCH MANAGER- DRIVING RECRUITMENT
GBP35,000 basic salary + commission based on GP revenue + package including pension, healthcare cashback scheme, 25 days' annual leave, international travel incentive.
Harrison Sands have a new opportunity open with an established driving and industrial agency for a Branch Manager to oversee their Bellshill office and operate as a proactive business developer and client manager within the driving sector. Our client operates Bellshill as a central Scotland hub, so as well as managing local business the branch oversees client contracts across Scotland and also in Northern England, so this is a fantastic opportunity to operate without area restrictions and develop business nationally.
We are looking for a manager or Team Leader with a strong background operating on a 360 basis within the driving sector. You must have experience in developing client relationships at a regional level and managing temporary staffing supply agreements for logistics companies and must be comfortable with recruiting at pace.
The Branch Manager will alongside revenue-generating will oversee the activity of a small team of recruitment consultants supplying within the driving and industrial warehousing sectors and will also have the capacity to manage supply into some of our client's major accounts.
All applicants must have a valid driver's licence and the ability to wok from Bellshill on a daily basis. This role operates 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday hours but will involve some rota'd on call.
