Role Specifics
Employment Type: Temp - March 31st 2021 forecast end date
Working Hours: Need to flexible to work between 06:00 & 22:00, Monday to Sunday - 8 hour shifts per day - Full & Part time shifts available (further information can be provided once you have applied for the position).
GBP10 per hour - paid weekly.
Own Transport key.
Role Overview
Customer Service position - no sales. More information provided on application.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with Client in a consultative manner
Listen to the customer's needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services
Professional and positive approach to any client queries
Ensure all administration is completed accurately
