Sales Executives
RMS are supporting Contact Centres across the North East in recruiting experienced Sales Executives and Lead Generators.
We have a number of permanent full time positions within the Energy secotr
Applicants must have the following experience:
Experience of cold or outbound calling
A proven track record of meeting sales targets
Experience of working to targets and KPIs
Strong communication skills
Proficient with MS Office packages
Good attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Experience of working in a fast paced contact centre environmentDuties may include:
B2B or B2C sales
Daily high volume call targets
Business development
Providing excellent customer service
Keeping in line with relevant regulations
Completing call logs and relevant post call documentation
