We are looking for a Team Leader to help provide 24 hour care for our client, a 48-year-old woman living in Fleur-de-lis.
- Salary of £10.13 - £12.27 per hour
- Sleep shifts (8 hours) paid at National Living Wage
- Work directly for the end service user and not an agency
- Statutory benefits and holiday
As the Team Leader, you’ll co-ordinate a team of Support Workers and ensure they provide a high-quality care service to our client, a woman with a brain injury and sight loss.
This is a full-time position, working 42 hours per week consisting of six hours of team leader duties and 36 hours of Support Worker duties.
To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:
- Previous care experience
- To be registered with, or working towards registration with, Social Care Wales
- To hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or a Diploma) or have completed the All Wales Induction Framework, or be willing to complete this within six months of starting if successful
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
IT skills would be beneficial to your application.
This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS. You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.
