Time Appointments are thrilled to be working on behalf of a business on the outskirts of Ipswich, during an exciting period of growth for them. The client is growing and building a fantastic customer service team to support their customers. This is NOT a call centre role, and is a modern, friendly environment.
This is a great opportunity to work 9-5, Monday to Friday in a place where you can feel comfortable, learn new skills and have fun doing it!
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working in a busy customer service department and will be dealing with internal calls and external calls from customers.
* Placing new orders on the system
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Providing advice and technical assistance relating to products whilst providing excellent customer service
* You will also need to work with other departments in the organisation, so communication skills are essential
* Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner via telephone, email and letter
* Track and follow up on customer requests
* Logging customers calls and resolving complaints
* Escalating issues with orders/customers to Team Leader where appropriate
* Giving an exceptional customer service experience
Experience:
* Previous experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and via email
* Experience of giving exceptional customer service
* Experience in a fast paced environment
* Good education including a C in English and Maths or equivalent at GCSE
