The Performance Management, Quality and Audit Team work across Copart to ensure the business is working efficiently and effectively. It is responsible for continuous improvement activities to ensure compliance is adhered to, performance targets are met and service is constantly evaluated and improved.

Working across all Copart UK functions, but principally operational areas, the Service Implementation Manager will ensure successful and effective delivery of change using appropriate management tools.

This a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave so ideally, we are looking for someone with the right skill set and experience, who can hit the ground running and play a key part in supporting our internal teams.

Key responsibilities;

Ensure that benefits of change are identified, quantified and agreed and that those benefits are measured and reported to key stakeholders.
Ensure there is effective and comprehensive communication and training associated with the delivery of the change through project across the business through measurable outcomes. They will assist in the delivery of training to ensure processes changes are seamlessly delivered with positive outcomes.
With the support of the Quality Team you will be responsible for creating detailed and thorough implementation plans, including training, communications, benefits realisation, risk management etc. to ensure successful implementation of projects across the business.
Successfully delivering projects on time and as scoped across a wide range of services including but not limited to our Operations, Transport and Vehicle Engineering Teams whilst identifying risks and plans to mitigate these to ensure successful implementation.
Supporting our IT team with testing of new systems to ensure they will be suitable for our Operation and giving feedback to the US if required to be ready to be migrated into the live environment.
Sourcing/creating or assisting in the delivery of training for technology focussed projects to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into current services alongside the Performance Quality Manager and Auditors.
Looking into different ways to improve our services to the Customers and departments via new software's or improving our processes.

This role is a nationwide vacancy and therefore consideration will be given to candidates based across England.

This role is a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills and level of spoken and written English.

Good knowledge of Copart systems and processes.

Relevant Project Management Qualification.
Experience in writing/delivering training material to a wide range of end users.
Previous Project Management experience.
