PETA Training are proud to be working with this company, looking to source an exceptional Business Administrator Apprentice for their organisation.
Working week: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week)
Duties:
* Answer telephone within 5 rings and greet the caller with a professional greeting
* Working with the technical support team assisting with customer queries on the telephone, online chat and email.
* Communicate with customers about their orders and answer questions about the product(s) and take order details
* Handle enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
* When communicating with customers, ask open questions to find the right product/service for their need
* Manage complaints in an effective manner
* Add customers and potential customers onto the CRM
* Process orders in a timely manner
* Follow up leads and answer questions to ensure the lead is a sale
* Process returns
* Perform administrative functions
* Support with Digital Marketing to support with promoting brand and products using various sites such as Facebook, Linked In and YouTube
* General administration duties
Other information:
* The company is located at a remote industrial estate with minimal public transport.
Skills:
* High attention to detail
* Excellent timekeeping
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
* Must have excellent IT skills and the confidence to take on and use new systems
* Good communication skills and telephone manner
* Able to follow and carry out simple instructions
* Able to interact well with people and work as part of a team
Personal qualities:
* Eager, willing to learn and keen to progress
* Organised and articulate
* Well presented
* Wants to be part of a growing company and learn all aspects of the business
Qualifications required:
* GCSE Maths and English grades A* - C (4 - 9) or Functional Skills Level 2

Training to be provided:
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.
